Privacy Policy

Any data you submit to Theatre Record via the website or an email may be recorded for further use. These uses include contacting you via the email address you submit to Theatre Record when creating an account, and using the name you submit on that account. You are not required to provide accurate information except for a valid email address to which you have access. This address may be used to help recover your account, or verify that you are a subscriber when contacting Theatre Record.

Theatre Record will not delete your personal data unless you specifically request, via emailing subscriptions [at] theatrerecord [dot] com, that your account data be purged from our systems. You will receive a response email telling you that your data is being removed. It may take up to five days for any relevant data to be fully removed after you receive the response email. Choosing not to re-subscribe is not equivalent to requesting that your personal data be deleted.

Theatre Record collects statistics about accounts (including logs of when you view issues or productions; when/where you login) in order to present you with these statistics. Your personal statistics are only viewable to you and to Theatre Record, and are summarised on your account page. If you wish to view the more detailed version of your statistics, contact subscriptions [at] theatrerecord [dot] com. These statistics will also be removed if your account or personal data is removed.

Theatre Record will not pass your data to any third parties without your permission unless required to for legal reasons.

All automatic transactions are handled by PayPal — Theatre Record will not see or record any of your payment details.
